Testament - What's the most difficult part of the New Testament?

For this very special episode, we’ll be looking at the Angel Studios show, Testament, which reimagines the story of how Jesus’ disciples spread the good news of him to the world by transplanting it to an alternate-modern era. We’ll be looking at what is made up, what bits are real, and one of the trickiest passages in the New Testament. We also spoke to the show's writer and director, Paul Syrstad.

The Sound of Music - What is being a nun actually like?

God in Film is back for Season 8! And to kick us off, Giles & Julia are looking at The Sound of Music, the 1965 American musical starring Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer based on the stage musical by Rodgers and Hammerstein. We're joined by author, broadcaster and priest, Bryony Wood, as we look at what it means to be a real nun, how to channel the love you find inside yourself, and what it means to live the life you want to live.
